Welcome to Botanic Aesthetics, a professional beauty and massage clinic based in Liskeard, Cornwall, specialising in advanced skincare, ear and body piercing, facial treatments, and therapeutic massage. I am dedicated to providing a calm, private, and relaxing environment where every client feels comfortable, cared for, and confident in the treatments they receive.
Botanic Aesthetics operates from two treatment locations in Liskeard. The first is located at 2 Barras Street, in Liskeard town centre. This treatment room is situated on the second floor of The Liberal Club and is accessed via two flights of stairs, so please bear this in mind when booking. This location a professional piercing studio, sports massage centre, and beauty therapy room. Parking is available nearby at Westbourne car park.
The second location is my home-based beauty salon in Liskeard, Cornwall, tucked away beneath the Moorswater Viaduct. Situated on the lower level of my home, this treatment room offers easy access, plentiful on-site parking, and a peaceful setting ideal for relaxation and wellbeing treatments.
I offer a comprehensive range of beauty treatments and massage therapy in Liskeard, including ear and body piercing, facials, Ayurvedic facial massage, microneedling, lash and brow lifts and tints, microblading, hot stone therapy, Indian head massage, deep tissue massage, Swedish massage, and aromatherapy massage. Every treatment is fully tailored to individual needs, ensuring the best possible results.
Alongside beauty therapy, I am fully qualified in Level 4 Sports massage, muscle dysfunction and injury management, personal training, gym-based exercise, circuits, kettlebell instruction, and kinesiology taping. I also run regular Clubbercise classes in the local Liskeard area, offering a fun, inclusive, and community-focused fitness experience.
My passion lies in anti-ageing skincare, facial massage, and sports and performance massage, combining relaxation with effective rehabilitation and long-term results. With a consistent skincare routine, improved mobility, and proper hydration, maintaining healthy skin and a strong, balanced body is entirely achievable at any stage of life.
All treatments offered at Botanic Aesthetics have been personally tried, tested, and approved by me, ensuring professional standards, trusted techniques, and high-quality care.

Karen is amazing, as soon as you walk in for any treatment she makes you feel at ease and relaxed. My nails have never been in such good condition and just starting my journey with the chemical peel which Karen talked me through every step on what she was doing and explained every step of aftercare as well.

I had two piercings at botanic and couldn't recommend the place enough! Both have healed perfectly, piercer took her time to explain and measure everything properly, everything was sterile and new, i felt very comfortable there and will definitely be returning. There was an offer on when i first went, absolute bargain! And to finally have somewhere decent so close, in Liskeard. Perfect!
Blimey, it’s hard writing a review without sounding cheesy or patronising . Truth is I really enjoyed the whole experience from the lemongrass steam bath placed under the couch, to the firm pressure and motions of the massage. Karen is an intuitive and knowledgeable therapist with a great touch. My massage was deeply relaxing as well as restorative and resulted in a great night’s sleep. Professional and well prepared but still personable and friendly, I am looking forward to booking again.
